Job description
We are looking for a young service technician passionate about technology (electronics and mechanics) to join our technical support team.

Responsibilities and tasks:
- Provide remote and on-site technical support to customers;
- Perform scheduled routine maintenance and troubleshoot malfunctions;
- Manage the installation of new equipment at customer sites;
- Prepare technical documentation and complete reports regarding interventions performed;
- Maintain activity reports, ensuring quality and timeliness of operations.
Experience and Skills
- Diploma or degree in technical disciplines (electronics, mechanics, engineering, etc.);
- Passion for technology and technical assistance;
- Good manual skills, precision, and attention to detail;
- Good knowledge of English, both written and spoken;
- Excellent communication skills and customer orientation;
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team;
- Availability for occasional travel to customer locations.
